The world’s first wine NFT club Cuvée Collective, released its first NFT collection, The Collector, on its marketplace.
The Collector 2022 Edition is Cuvée Collective's debut NFT collection, which acts as proof of membership. Owning the NFT collection entitles users access to the closed Cuvée Collective app along with access to exclusive NFT drops 24 hours before they are made available to the public.
The artwork for the collection was created in collaboration with graphic designer and illustrator Andrew Heath and is only revealed after purchase. Owners of these NFTs will also receive other community benefits such as private tastings, community voting, concierge services, and access to giveaways, airdrops, and future events.
Cuvée Collective will release 4000 NFTs on its marketplace, with 500 reserved for giveaways and wine industry workers. The Collector is available for pre-sale starting July 25, with the public sale beginning on July 27.
Cuvée Collective’s marketplace lists the pre-price of this collection as $129 and the public price as $179. The drop limit is 3 NFTs per wallet. Moreover, Cuvée Collective is currently giving away Floavatar Sparks NFTs on Gleam IO marketplace.
Lastly, Cuvée Collective claims it will release Branded Wine NFTs every week starting Q3 2022, with plans to drop the Vineyard set of NFTs in Q4 2022.
Cuvée Collective is a Napa Valley-based wine NFT club, the first of its kind, which aims to bridge the gap between the crypto and wine industries by releasing exclusive benefits that appeal to both communities.
The startup has partnered with several big-name wine brands, including Goosecross and Arcudi Waves, to provide in-person and digital wine-related perks tailored to its members.
Cuvée Collective supports the Dapper Wallet and requires its members to connect said wallet to its online platform to handle NFT transactions. The platform uses the Flow ecosystem, an energy-friendly blockchain that uses minimal energy to mint NFTs.
